When I placed this order, I was not informed that the items I was trying to purchase were out of stock. I had to contact customer support, after several weeks of waiting for my order to be fulfilled, to discover that my product was literally being manufactured. This is unacceptable business practice. If the products were unavailable. I should not be able to order them. It took over a month to complete this process.
